...As Dennis Otuaro Must Immediately Do The Needful ; The monthly Stipends of The Authentic Ex-agitators Must Be Increased Without Delay.

Let me begin by extending my profound gratitude to the heartbeat of our struggle ; the Niger Delta Ijaw youth, the resilient ex-agitators, and the progressive minds spanning every creek and community across the length and breadth of this region. 

I see your comments, your solidarity, and your shared pain. In a landscape often starved of truth, your overwhelming support has become my blood tonic, fueling my resolve to keep pushing this advocacy for a fairer, better Niger Delta.

This report is a direct, unfiltered response to my own personal brother, General Ogunbos. It is written not just to reply to him, but to set the record straight for the archives of history.

General Ogunbos, I thank you for your message. I read the clarity within it and decoded the deep idiomatic expressions you deployed. Some of us well understand the rhythm when the beat drum is passed. In that text, you noted that no matter my anger, I must tread softly. 

But as I pen this report, the public will see that my anger is not only justified, it is a righteous fury against systemic betrayal.

When Government Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo, was declared wanted by the federal government in 2015, the entire region was thrown into a crucible. Lives were uprooted. 

We put our lives, our safety, and the security of our immediate families on the line to sustain the resistance. That brutal, high-stakes struggle ultimately yielded three massive dividends for our people ; the Nigerian Maritime University (NMU), the multi-billion naira Tantita Security Services pipeline contract, and the reinvigoration of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.

Yet, despite the foundational roles played by myself, Ezekiel Daniel, and my brother-in-arms, Austin Ozobo, we have been completely shut out. We have benefited absolutely nothing. 

I know the public will be shocked to hear this raw truth coming from my mouth today, but the facade of Oporoza House must be stripped away.

The true essence of leadership is the ability to pull your people up the ladder of success so that when they occupy those high spaces, they can sustain the community. 

With that mindset, I approached Tompolo and Dr. Paul Bebenimo, the Registrar of the Maritime University. I presented lists of qualified Niger Delta youths, holders of B.Sc. degrees, Master’s degrees, HNDs, and PhDs, begging them to absorb our local intellectuals into the institution. 

Instead of empowering our own, they played games with me, shut the door, and handed those opportunities over to outsiders.

The deceit mirrored itself within Tantita Security Services. Between 2020 and 2023, I approached Tompolo repeatedly regarding operational slots. He commanded me to bring a list of names. I complied. Years have passed, and up to this exact moment, nothing has materialized.

I took the same request to Kirsten. She asked for twenty names in February 2024. I delivered them cleanly. Till today, absolute silence.

I extended the same advocacy to Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the current Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme. Everyone in the region knows the heavy sacrifices and the strategic roles I played to support his path. 

I approached him regarding the various capacity-building and training programs under his purview, asking him to slot in our boys who are starving in the creeks. He, too, chose to play political games with the welfare of the youth.

The absolute baseline of my outrage, General Ogunbos, lies in the bitter irony of who Oporoza House chooses to reward.

Consider Michael Johnny. This is the man who masterminded my arrest and persecution. Yet today, as I write this, Michael Johnny is celebrated as a major contractor within Tantita, supplying diesel and enjoying lucrative operational slots.

Even more harrowing is the case of Chief Ayiri Emami. When I was thrown into the dark cells of the Department of State Services (DSS), tortured and broken because I was standing up for this same ungrateful Tompolo, Chief Ayiri came to the detention facility. 

He stood over me and actively instructed the operatives to torture me further, labeling me as "Tompolo’s mad media dog."

Today, the ultimate betrayal is complete ; Tantita Security Services is paying that same Ayiri Emami a staggering over seven hundred million naira N700,000,000 alongside several exclusive security slots.

Look at the ledger of the struggle ; Me, Ezekiel Daniel, and Austin Ozobo, the ones who labored, bled, and suffered the brunt of the state's wrath, have absolutely nothing to show for it. While the enemies who orchestrated our torture are walking away with hundreds of millions. Is my anger not justified? It is completely justified.

To you, Tompolo, I say this clearly: God will judge you for your profound wickedness. You are a deeply wicked man. 

You can continue to send your spiritual arrows and attacks from your coven, but they will never pierce me. They will never affect me because I have already defeated you on the spiritual plane.

Moving forward, Dr. Dennis Otuaro must immediately do the needful. The monthly stipends of the authentic ex-agitators must be increased without delay. These are the boys living in the deep swamps who paid the ultimate price, leaving their blood in the creeks.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has done his part by clean-cutting through the bureaucracy and increasing the yearly budget of the Amnesty Office from 65 billion naira to 115 billion naira. The funds are there.

Let it be known across the Niger Delta that the vast sums poured into the Presidential Amnesty Programme are not meant for individuals like Tari Pondi to lavishly import high-end prostitutes and Instagram girls into the hotels of Warri. 

That money belongs to the struggling ex-agitators who fought for the survival of this region. It is meant for empowerment, education, and development, not to sponsor the vanities of criminals.

The truth has been told, the details are captured, and I, Ezekiel Daniel, stand firmly by every word. Oporoza House must repent, and the Niger Delta must belong to those who truly bleed for it.
